ISS Palvelut Oy on valittu Finnairin kiinteistöjen siivouksen ja ulkoalueiden huollon sopimuskumppaniksi

Finnair on kilpailuttanut alkuvuoden aikana kiinteistöjensä siivouksen ja ulkoaluehuollon. Kumppaniksi valikoitui ISS Palvelut Oy, joka operoi jo nyt osassa kohteita. ISS Palvelut Oy on entuudestaan tärkeä yhteistyökumppanimme, koska se on vuodesta 2012 lähtien tuottanut Finnairille vartiointi- ja turvatarkastuspalvelut.
ISS Palvelut Oy:n kanssa solmitussa sopimuksessa on sovittu mm. seuraaville kahdelle vuodelle vähintään 5%:n vuosittaisesta kustannusalenemasta sekä uusien tehokkaampien palvelukonseptien kehittämisestä.
Toimittajavaihdos kohteissa, joissa ISS ei entuudestaan toimi, tapahtuu 1.6. Kilpailutuksen yhteydessä on toimistotilojen osalta yhtenäistetty siivouksen palvelukuvauksia pienin muutoksin, näistä tiedotetaan kohdekohtaisesti. Vaihdos ja uuden toimijan implementointi tapahtuu yhteistyössä Caverion Suomi Oy kiinteistömanagerien kanssa.
Sopimuksesta vastaa Finnair Facility management –tiimi (Pekka Kuosmanen ja Miia Suokas).
