Tavoitteenamme on muodostaa ryhmästä sen kokoinen, että jokaiselle suunniteltaisiin yksi kaukopäivystys kuukaudessa. Tätä ei voida kuitenkaan vielä tässä vaiheessa luvata, ennen kuin tiedetään ryhmän koko.
Tullaanko CPU:lle suunnittelemaan toimistopäiviä?
Ei. Jos satunnaisia tunteja jouduttaisiin CPU:ille suunnittelemaan, olisivat ne poikkeustapauksia, joista sovittaisiin erikseen.
Onko tälle pilottijaksolle suunnitteilla paljonkin verkkokursseja ns. peruskurssituksen lisäksi?
Ajatus on ennemminkin se, että hyödyllisiä kursseja ja muuta materiaalia voisi liittää verkkoalustalle omaan käyttöön ja sitä kautta lisää tukimateriaalia oppimiseen. Myös CPU:t voisivat itse liittää sinne linkkejä ja hyödylliseksi kokemaansa materiaalia. Tämän materiaalin käyttö on täysin vapaaehtoista.
Pitääkö hakulomakkeelle liittää työtodistuksia tai CV?­

Sen sijaan toivomme, että panostaisit lomakkeen täyttämisessä erityisesti kysymyksiin: Miksi haet tätä tehtävää ja miten kehittäisit lennonaikaista esimiestyötä? Näillä kysymyksillä kerrot erityisesti motivaatiostasi, innokkuudestasi ja näkemyksistäsi esimiestyön kehittämiseen.

Toimiiko Service Motivator aina keittiöpositiolla?
Ei. Service Motivatoreiden koulutuksessa tullaan panostamaan mm. tarjoiluetikettiin, jota halutaan luonnollisesti hyödyntää myös asiakaspalvelussa.
Haemme Service Motivatoreita kehittämään palvelua, jolloin heillä tulee olemaan myös mahdollisuus vaikuttaa siihen, millä positiolla J-luokassa heidän on kulloinkin järkevä toimia.
Onko tämä uusi Service Chef -ryhmä?
Ei ole. J-luokan palvelun lisäksi Service Motivatorin tehtäviin kuuluu oleellisesti myös tuote- ja palvelukehitys
Service Motivatoreille ei olla suunnittelemassa erillistä päivystystä, eli lennolla ei välttämättä tarvitse olla Service Motivatoria.
Tuleeko Service Motivatorille myös esimiesvastuuta (vrt. purserivastuu)?
