Joulukuun 2015 miehistösuunnitelma

Joulukuun työvuorolistat julkaistiin maanantaina 23.11., ja jokaiselle on lähetetty ainoa julkaistava, virallinen työvuorolista Finnairin sähköpostiosoitteeseen.
Työtunnit
Joulukuun työtunnit jäivät mataliksi. Pursereilla työtunteja on keskimäärin 103 h 38 min ja CCM:illä 97 h 45 min. 35/90-ryhmässä tunnit jäivät keskimäärin 38 h 12 min tasolle. Myös ylimääräisissä vapaapäivissä mitattuna joulukuu on löysä: pursereilla on keskimäärin yksi ylimääräinen vapaapäivä ja CCM-ryhmässä keskimäärin kaksi. Muutamille henkilöille on suunniteltu ulkoasemavapaa TES 15 § 2 -kohdan mukaisesti. Joulukuussa 32S-liikenteen keskimääräinen työpäivän pituus on 6 h 47 min.
Saamme joulukuun aikana kaiken kaikkiaan noin satakunta uutta CCM:ää riveihin, kun he aloittavat lentotyöt vaiheittain joulukuussa. Uudet CCM:t ovat ensimmäiset kuusi lentotyökuukautta ns. Inexperienced-rajoitteen piirissä, mikä tarkoittaa sitä, heidän lukumääräänsä rajoitetaan lentokohtaisesti suunnitteluvaiheessa. Liikenneohjelma
Joulukuun liikenneohjelma muuttui suunnittelun aikana muutamaan kertaan. Ensi vaiheessa, ennen kuponkiajoa, selvisi, että JFK-reitti operoidaan wet leasena 7.-23.12. välisenä aikana. Näille wet lease -lennoille suunniteltiin kaksi purseria vastaamaan wet lease -lentojen lennonaikaisesta palvelusta. Joulukuun suunnittelun ollessa jo varsin pitkällä, JFK:n wet lease -aikaa pidennettiin joulukuun 29:een päivään asti. Karsimme tämän vuoksi JFK-reitille 23.-29.12. suunnittelut CCM-positiot. Tässä kohtaa ei enää ollut mahdollista ottaa huomioon muita mahdollisia kuponkilentotoiveita. Kuponkivapaatoiveet, niiden henkilöiden osalta, jotka sen olivat esittäneet, sen sijaan huomioitiin tilanteessa, jossa kupongilla toivottu JFK-lento 23.-29.12. peruuntui wet leasen vuoksi.
350-koneiden ohjelmassa tapahtui myös viime hetken muutoksia. Toisen 350-koneen aloitusaikataulu muuttui siten, että operointi BKK:iin alkaakin jo 19.12. Coach-lennot suunnitellaan näille henkilöille tammikuulle.
Joulukuussa operoidaan kesän tavoin muutamia lentoja SCC-vetoisesti. AMS, BUD, MXP ja PRG -lennoissa ei suunnitellusti ole purseripositioita. CKG-pairit on miehitetty yhdellä purserilla myös kesän tapaan. Tosin jouluun osuvat lennot muodostavat poikkeuksen näissä eli niissä purseripositiot ovat normaalisti. Lisäksi 23.12.-päivältä on käännetty yksittäisiä PU-positioita CCM:lle.
Joulukuun aikana alkavat loput talven lomanoloiset lennot eli lennot Saigoniin, Havannaan, Puerto Plataan sekä Krabille. Ilmoittautumisaika kaikille näille lennoille, kuten myös MIA:iin ja HKT:iin on 1 h 10 minuuttia. Ilmoittautumisaika näkyy oikein työvuorolistalla. HKT ja KBV on sidottu toisiinsa bussikuljetuksella, jossa työaika alkaa bussikuljetuksen käynnistyessä.
Vapaat
Virkavapaahaku oli auki joulukuun ensimmäisille viikoille aikajaksolle 1.-14.12. Virkavapaata haki kaiken kaikkiaan 37 henkilöä ja kaikille hakijoille vapaa myös myönnettiin. Joulukuun pistemääräiset toiveet toteutuivat 55-prosenttisesti (ks. Bid-raportti).
Jouluun kohdistui odotuksien mukaisesti enemmän vapaapäivätoiveita kuin niitä oli mahdollista myöntää. Jouluun esitetyt NOPO-toiveet priorisoitiin niiden osalta, jotka olivat jouluna 2014 töissä, koskien päiviä 24. ja 25.12. NOPO-toiveita karsittiin joulusta käänteisessä virkaikäjärjestyksessä, NOPO-prioriteetti huomioiden viime jouluna vapaalla olleilta. Jouduimme etenemään näiden henkilöiden osalta myös kuponkivapaatoiveisiin joulun ajan lentojen miehittämiseksi. Myös joulua ennen toivottu kuponkilento, jolla olisi saanut joulun vapaaksi, on käsitelty samalla tapaa kuin jouluun kohdistetty PYV. Kukaan ei kuitenkaan joutunut tahtomattaan kahtena jouluna peräkkäin töihin, vaan viime vuonna töissä olleet saivat joulun (24.-25.12.) vapaaksi, mikäli olivat sitä oikein toivoneet.
