Ensimmäiset lentoemäntä/stuerttiperuskurssilaiset valmistuivat eilen FFA:lta

Finnair aloitti kesäkuussa uusien lentoemäntien ja stuerttien rekrytoinnit pitkän tauon jälkeen. Tulevien uusien finnairilaisten lentävien peruskurssit ovat parhaillaan FFA:lla käynnissä ja koulutukseen kuuluvia tyyppi- ja palveluFAM-lentoja lennetään loka-joulukuun aikana. Lentojakson jälkeen kurssilaiset palaavat takaisin FFA:lle muutaman viikon ajaksi perehtymään 330/340-tyyppikurssiin ja kaukolentojen turistiluokan palvelukonseptiin.
Eilen oli iso päivä kun ensimmäiset valmistuivat kurssilta. Hymyt oli herkässä ja mieli iloisen odottava.
Valmistuneiden tunnelmia eiliseltä:
Fiilikset on mitä mahtavimmat, vähän ehkä jopa haikeat. Meillä on ollut ihan mahtava ryhmä ja kouluttajat. Into päästä lentämään on kova. Tänään oli ihanaa laittaa univormu päälle, kun kerrankin on valmis.
Olo on väsynyt mutta onnellinen. Toki myös haikea, sillä varmasti tulee ikävä ihania kurssikamuja ja kouluttajia, kun ei joka aamu klo 8.30 FFA:lla enää nähdäkään. Kurssi oli tiukka paketti: valtavasti opittavaa (ja pois opittavaa! ) ja pitkiä päiviä, mutta samalla antoisaa ja mielenkiintoista asiaa ja valtavasti hauskoja hetkiä. Paljon on opittu ja on tosi varma olo lähteä koneeseen. Innolla odotetaan joulukuun alkua, jolloin vihdoin työt alkavat ja pääsemme tapaamaan uusia kollegoja! Kiitos PK1 ja kaikki kouluttajat, esimiehet ja muut asianosaiset - taivaalla nähdään.
Hieno ryhmä ja upeat kouluttajat ovat tehneet tästä pitkästä rupeamasta mahtavan kokemuksen. Nyt tuntuu siltä, että työ on tuottanut tulosta ja voi olla ylpeä omasta saavutuksesta, vaikka väsymys on välillä ollut kova. Tämä päämäärä saavutettiin kaikki yhdessä ja nyt on sellainen tunne, että on saavuttanut jälleen yhden suuren virstanpylvään elämässä. Iloinen ja varma olo mennä töihin lentokoneeseen upeiden kollegoiden kanssa tekemään unelmien työtä.

The course was a tight package: a huge amount to learn from (and off to learn!) and long hours, but at the same time, a very enjoyable and interesting thing and a huge amount of fun moments. Much has been learned and is very sure feeling to leave the computer. Looking forward to the beginning of December, which is expected to finally work begins and we get to meet our new members! Thank you for PM1 and all the trainers, managers and other interested parties - the sky can be seen. A great team and fantastic trainers have done this a long spell great experience. Now it seems that the work has paid off and we can be proud of its accomplishment, although fatigue has at times been hard. This goal was achieved all together and it is now a feeling that has reached yet another great milestone in life. Happy and confident feeling to go to work in an airplane with a fabulous colleagues to make the dream work.
