Tekniikkaan rekrytoidaan osa-aikaisia työntekijöitä

Finnairin Tekniikka ja IAU ovat sopineet osa-aikasopimuksen käyttöönotosta, jonka perusteella aloitetaan 5 - 15 osa-aikatyöntekijän rekrytoiminen kesäkuun alussa. Uusien työntekijöiden palkkaaminen on osa Tekniikan kasvuun valmistautumista.

Rekrytoitavat henkilöt tulevat toimimaan lentokoneasentajina pääsääntöisesti matkustamohuollon tiimissä. Uudet rekrytoinnit työskentelevät jatkossa etenkin yön kuormapiikeissä ja laajarunkokoneiden A-huolloissa.

"Olemme iloisia, että saamme lentokonehuoltoon uusia lentokoneasentajia pitkän kuivan kauden jälkeen. Nyt sovittu osa-aikasopimuksen käyttöönotto mahdollistaa osaltaan myös entistä tasaisemman vuorosuunnittelun kokoaikaisten työntekijöiden osalta. Vakituisesti osa-aikaiset työntekijät tulevat työskentelemään 18 - 24 tuntia viikossa, ja heidän työvuorojensa pituus tulee olemaan 6 - 10 tuntia.
