Metsä Groupiin kuuluvan Metsä Fibren puolitoistavuotinen prosessinhoitajakoulutus alkoi toukokuussa yhteisellä koulutusjaksolla Espoossa. Yli 1 300 hakijasta oppisopimuskoulutukseen valittiin soveltuvuustestien ja haastattelujen perusteella 20 henkilöä.

Prosessinhoitajakoulutusohjelma mahdollistaa työskentelyn monipuolisissa prosessi- ja kunnossapitotehtävissä Metsä Fibren sellutehtailla. Koulutettavat suorittavat paperiteollisuuden ammattitutkinnon.

”Osaaminen on tärkein menestystekijämme.
