Setlementtiliikkeen asumispalvelut tarjoavat koteja erilaisille ihmisille elämän eri vaiheisiin. Erityispiirteenä asuintaloissamme ovat yhteisöllisyys, tukipalvelut ja yhteisökoordinaattorit.

Asumispalvelumme on suunnattu nuorille, vammaisille, päihde- ja mielenterveyskuntoutujille, senioreille sekä muille setlementtien ja Setlementtiliiton yhtiöiden vuokra-asuntojen asukkaille. Esimerkiksi sosiaalinen isännöinti, tuettu asuminen ja yhteisölliset asumismuodot kannustavat asukkaitamme itsenäisyyteen ja tarjoavat turvallisen elämänpiirin, jossa on mahdollisuus asukastoimintaan ja virikkeelliseen elämään.

Setlementit tuottavat kuntouttavaa asumispalvelua ja ympärivuorokautisia asumis- ja hoivapalveluja eri asiakasryhmille. Uusia toimintamalleja kehitetään muun muassa nuorten tyttöjen ja poikien yhteisöllisessä tukiasumisessa sukupuolisensitiivisellä työotteella.

Setlementtiliitto ja yhtiöt

Setlementtiliitto on pääomistajana kahdessa yhteiskunnallisessa osakeyhtiössä. Setlementtiasunnot Oy tuottaa vuokra-asuntoja ja sen tytäryhtiö Setlementtiasumisoikeus Oy tarjoaa asumisoikeusasuntoja yli 55-vuotiaille.

Vuonna 2000 perustetulla Setlementtiasunnot Oy:llä on 11 vuokrataloa Helsingissä, Espoossa, Vantaalla, Hyvinkäällä ja Tampereella. Lähivuosina uusia taloja valmistuu Helsingin Jätkäsaareen ja Kalasatamaan sekä Turun Kupittaalle. Setlementtiasunnot Oy:n tytäryhtiö Setlementtiasumisoikeus Oy:n asunnot on tarkoitettu 55 vuotta täyttäneille asukkaille ja senioriasumisoikeustaloja on yhteensä kahdeksan Helsingissä, Espoossa, Vantaalla, Hyvinkäällä ja Kuopiossa. Yhteensä 1400:ssa vuokra- ja asumisoikeusasunnoissa asuu yli 2000 asukasta. Setlementtiasuntojen asuintaloissa kehitetään setlementtiasumista yhteisökoordinaattoritoimintamallin keinoin.
